PROJECT DESCRIPTION
On June 6, 2008 Groundswell artists collaborated with corporate volunteers from Deloitte to create a mural at the Future Leaders Institute Charter School. Over the course of this one day workshop the mural was painted on a wall facing the newly designed school yard.
An older mural had existed on the wall, having been created in two sections around a storage container. When the school moved the storage container a large gap was left in the mural design. Working with the volunteers from Deloitte, the artists took the original design from the pre-existing mural and expanded it into an animated dream world based on drawings and ideas from the students.
